Cancellation and Refund
If you cancel your enrollment, you must submit a refund application form and a letter of admission.
In case of cancellation, we will refund the tuition fees according to the refund policy.
Starting date (entrance day): Full refund of tuition for the semester
Within 7 days after the starting date: Two-thirds of the full tuition fee for the semester
From 8th to 28th in the first semester: 1/2 of the full tuition fee for the semester
From 29th day after starting date: Not refundable.
※ If you do not acquire Visa, you can get a full refund if you apply for the application (application for cancellation, letter of acceptance, receipt of tuition payment, reason for refusal of visa).
Postpone
If you cannot attend the course in the 1st semester after enrolment, you can postpone it only limited to one time
You must submit the application for delay and a letter of acceptance.
If you fail to attend the course in the semester you are not eligible for the refund.
